State Senator Paul Doyle (D-Wethersfield) welcomed a group of seniors from the Covenant Village of Cromwell retirement community on a tour of the Senate Chambers in the Capitol on Monday.
Senator Doyle took questions from the residents, talked to them about the rich history of the Connecticut legislature and engaged in spirited discussion about the legislative issues of the day.
“It is always an honor and a real pleasure to get a visit from members of the district, especially my good friends at Covenant Village of Cromwell retirement community,” Senator Doyle said.
Senator Paul Doyle represents Cromwell, Middletown, Newington, Rocky Hill and Wethersfield in the Connecticut State Senate, where he serves as co-chair of the General Law Committee and as a vice chair of the Housing Committee and Judiciary Committee.
