State Senator Eric Coleman

Senator Coleman joins Hartford resident Henrietta Beckman hold up a memory quilt made by members of Mothers United Against Violence depicting family members who have been killed with handguns in the city of Hartford. Ms. Beckman's son, Randy Beckman, Jr., who was killed at the age of 20, is represented in the upper-right-hand corner of the quilt. The quilt was diplayed during a press conference in support of a bill requiring the reporting of lost or stolen firearms. (March 22, 2006)
