State Senator Thomas Gaffey

Senator Gaffey welcomed Meriden resident Derek Smitt to the Senate Chamber in the State Capitol. At the time, Smitt was a junior at Platt High School and had just been elected Youth Governor of Connecticut’s Youth and Government Program at its annual convention. (April 17, 2002)
