State Senator Mary Ann Handley

Senator Handley, the Senate chair of the Public Health Committee, convened a press conference at which the legislative initiative in her committee to restrict smoking in Connecticut casinos was presented. Senator Handley said the health benefit of a smoke-free workplace is enjoyed in most other places of employment and ought to be extended to the casinos. (February 29, 2008)
