State Senator Joan Hartley

Senator Hartley was on hand for a ribbon cutting ceremony at the Waterbury manucturing plant of Oil Purification Systems. The company, who has relocated from Florida, is a developer and manufacturer of the OPS-1 on-board oil refining system. (December 12, 2006)
