State Senator Joan Hartley

Senator Hartley testified before the Judiciary Committee in support of a bill that is designed to improve courthouse security in Connecticut. She testified with attorney Julie Porzio, who was wounded in a shooting incident at the Middletown courthouse parking lot in 2005, and with Representative Anthony D’Amelio, who also supported the legislation.
