State Senator Joan Hartley

Senator Hartley was on hand when AT&T awarded the Waterbury YMCA a $25,000 grant as part of a 2009 AT&T Foundation national grant program that recognizes outstanding AT&T volunteers. Pictured along with Senator Hartley are Greg Zupkus of AT&T and Andrew Roberts, Executive Director of the YMCA. The other smiling faces are kids who participate in the YMCA's children’s program.
