State Senator Joan Hartley

Senator Hartley was on hand at a news conference at Waterbury City Hall when the United Way of Greater Waterbury and the City of Waterbury presented their Ten-Year Plan to End Homelessness. The Plan was created with the assistance of dozens of local concerned individuals and community stakeholders. (October 20, 2009)
