State Senator Gayle Slossberg

Senator Slossberg is named “Legislative Champion 2008” by the West Haven Community House during a visit to the agency’s Community Connections Center for adults with developmental disabilities. During the 2008 legislative session, Senator Slossberg was a strong advocate for a cost of living allowance increase for nonprofit providers and championed the effort to establish a commission to evaluate the state’s nonprofit provider system and create a plan to address chronic underfunding.
