Senator Williams joins the Willimantic Whitewater Partnership for the ribbon cutting at the Boland Oil Company property on Bridge Street. In February, Senator Williams secured a $50,000 grant for the Partnership to purchase the Boland site and build a riverside park to help stimulate the northeast corner’s regional economy, revitalize the river and its environment, and provide recreational opportunities.
