On Tuesday, June 23, State Senators Norm Needleman and Martha Marx will welcome $2 million in state bond funding recently released by the State Bond Commission to support the Acton Library in Old Saybrook. These funds will help with renovations and upgrades to the library, including a new teen space with new technological offerings, a dedicated children’s office and staff work area in the Children’s room and reconfigured staff spaces.
